CCI North Alberta and the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) present an insightful two-part INSITE Session Series exploring RECA’s role in condo management.

In this series, Doug Dixon, RECA’s Regulatory Compliance Advisor, will guide condo owners and managers through the complexities of condo management, highlighting how RECA can support their efforts. Each session will focus on the unique ways RECA helps condo managers and owners collaborate effectively, ensuring smoother operations and successful condo communities.

Part 2: Roadmap for Condo Managers

Condo managers will gain valuable insights and practical guidance on navigating responsibilities under new regulations and engaging effectively with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

The session will offer effective strategies for resolving disputes before they escalate, a clearer understanding of RECA’s structure and purpose, and collaborative approaches to addressing challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
