Condominium Management (CM) Series

The Condominium Management Course Series is a three-level education program designed to build knowledge, confidence, and practical skills in condominium governance and management. Each level builds on the last to support effective decision-making and long-term success in condo communities.

Courses are delivered in a hybrid format, in person at NAIT’s Productivity & Innovation Centre and online via Zoom.

New managers, board members, & owners:

CM100 – Foundations: Full day course covering governance basics, roles and responsibilities, operations, and maintenance.
CM200 – Advanced Condominium Governance: Weekend course deepening understanding of complex issues and strengthening practical management skills.
CM300 – Financial & Physical Stewardship: Weekend course provides in-depth training in the financial and physical stewardship of condominium communities.

Condo Board Basics & Best Practices

Whether you’re stepping into a board role for the first time or seeking a refresher, this online course offers the foundations of effective board service, equipping you to be an effective board member.

Part of our Core Education, this newly updated, comprehensive course covers the essential information condo boards need. As a self-paced online course, it offers a convenient and flexible way to strengthen your skills, deepen your understanding, and enhance your effectiveness as a condo board member.

This course is ideal for both new and experienced board members. We encourage you to consider making this course required training to ensure your board operates with a shared understanding of foundational knowledge.
