    We’ve had excellent service from Alberta Arborists as well at the condo I manage.

    After some shopping around we exclusively use them at our home as well.

    For years our complex was self managed and we used Alberta Arborist. Craig Jabs (owner) was proactive, identifying and rectifying potential problems, pruning, treating etc. He was always cogniscent of budgetary restraints and operated accordingly. So many complexes take the “let it die then remove it” that his approach was very much appreciated.

    Modern Power Vac does this as well. If the 3 top floors go to a common roof vent and if its a hooded vent, it will likely have a screen. Our screens were twice the mesh size of a window screen but the lint still plugged them off totally. If you find thats the case, either cut the screens or refit with a larger mesh screen.

    Abris Construction does that work.

    It is very often overlooked and definitely cost the unit owners a lot of money due to their dryers not venting well and is also a fire risk.

    We hired Doyle’s Eavestroughing for the first time. They were recommended by our property manager. They are at our complex today.
