What is this webinar about?

One of the many frustrations which building owners, operators, and managers face are unplanned costs, and building performance issues. Mechanical engineers assist with identifying and planning for risks, equipment replacements, and capital planning. When replacement and/or upgrade projects are required, mechanical engineers support with the design, project management, and quality assurance to ensure that the work is performed correctly. This presentation summarizes the common pitfalls and challenges faced with mechanical work, risks associated with mechanical projects, and the benefits of collaborating with mechanical consultant partners. Participants will leave this presentation with a greater understanding of when mechanical engineering is recommended versus required, and the value created through obtaining the support of a mechanical engineering consultant.
