Join us for a special afternoon session with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and Friday Night Social.
The Alberta Condo Expo (ACE) gathers the condo community together and focuses on the topics that matter.
Condo owners and condo managers tap into the expertise of leading industry professionals and learn from them on a variety of relevant topics at this educational conference and networking event.
The Trade Show connects you with the businesses and industry professionals who provide all the necessary products and services to the condo community. The Trade Show will showcase over 60 different vendors and is open to the general public at no cost.
ACE 2024 features 9 educational sessions and an informative Legal Panel Discussion.

Ticket holders are invited to attend the Friday Evening Social on April 26th. This networking event provides time to connect with other attendees and Trade Show Exhibitors while enjoying some appetizers and light refreshments. (Full Day Pass includes 1 (one) complimentary drink ticket at the Friday Night Social.)

Educational Breakout Sessions
Saturday, April 27th features a full day of 9 different education sessions on topics that matter to the condo community. Attendees have the opportunity to choose 3 sessions from a wide variety of topics, including:
- condos going green
- effectively updating bylaws
- running a successful meeting
- realtors and expectations around condominium documents
- plus other important issues that impact condo managers and boards
Friday, April 26th we added a Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) education session for condominium managers.
RECA will provide updates on the condo manager licensing process – where things are at now, and a look into the future. This will be a valuable session for all those who have gone through the condo manager licensing process or who may be considering becoming a condo manager.
*This session is open to all ticket holders, however the content focus is primarily for condominium managers.
