We are nearly complete with our new bylaws and the next step is to provide them to our owners for approval. Does anyone know of or have a ballot form to be used? We have discussed that the ballot should include Unit#, Owner Name(s), Signature(s) and acceptance or rejection. In the case of rejection we would like to know the particulare clause(s) of concern. Is there any other information that should be included on the ballot other than an explanation.
